Cats have more of a vicious streak, so probably the cat. Although the otter would win in the water hands (well, paws) down.

Can you spend Irish Money in the UK?
Northern Ireland still uses pounds sterling, while southern Ireland has moved to Euros. Northern Irish pounds ARE legal tender in England but you will rarely see them. Although we played a show in Belfast last year then flooded the Hamptons cash till with Irish notes on our return.
How soon is now?
There is a curious looking fellow over there with gladioli in his back pocket. He may have the answer.
